Here’s what you can expect at Community Covenant

You’ll experience a mix of worship styles each week — a contemporary song, a hymn, and a song from another culture or language. We do that to mirror what Revelation 7 seems to indicate heaven will be like, and so that more people in our community can find a place to connect with God.

Every service includes a practical, Bible-based message and communion — a weekly reminder of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. You might meet a lot of friendly people who talk to you, but you won’t be singled out in the service.

No dress code, no pressure, no membership hurdles — just show up. At Community Covenant Church, we believe we aren’t meant to live life alone, and we exist to change that. We’re a welcoming church in Mankato, Minnesota, gathering every Sunday at 10am to worship together, grow in faith, and build real community.

Whether you’ve been following Jesus for decades, you’re just starting to ask questions, or church has hurt you before — there’s a place for you here. We meet at Rosa Parks Elementary (1001 Heron Dr, Mankato, MN) and we’d love to meet you.

We believe kids are full participants in the life of the church — not just future members. Our children’s ministry serves kids from birth through 5th grade every Sunday morning with age-appropriate teaching, trained volunteers, and background-checked staff. Our youth ministry gives middle and high school students a space to wrestle with faith and find belonging.

We’d love to meet you. Services are Sundays at 10am and the whole experience runs about 60-70 minutes. You can pre-register your kids, find parking info, and learn what to expect on our Plan Your Visit page.

UNDER PRESSURE | MAY 3 – JULY 26

Is your to-do list overwhelming? Do you feel constant pressure to perform—at home, at work, even in your downtime? Sometimes it can feel like you’re barely keeping up.

Our culture pushes us to achieve, finish, and win—but what happens when it’s all too much?

In 2 Corinthians, we meet someone who knew that pressure firsthand. The apostle Paul faced expectations, criticism, and weakness—yet he discovered something surprising: God works most powerfully not through our strength, but through our weakness.

In God’s Kingdom, pressure doesn’t have the final word—hope does.
