Scripture: 1 John 1:1-4
Sharing Our Story
In the very beginning, people were created out of God’s love, and God’s creation was made to reflect and live out that love. Put another way, we were created to love God and love people. In the Old Testament, God chose Abraham to demonstrate that love. God said “I will bless you and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” In the New Testament, God sent Jesus to be a blessing to all people. At the end of Jesus’ ministry on earth, He invited his followers to join this mission of blessing others so that all people would be blessed. But what does it look like? How do we live that out in everyday life?
