Do It Yourself Religion
It’s common to add things to the good news. For some early Christians, it was Jesus plus the law. Today, it might be Jesus plus a particular political party, spiritual habit or value. Others think it’s Jesus plus their good deeds. But Paul’s message in Galatians is crystal clear: it’s Jesus plus nothing. That is what truly changes everything for us and the world.
